What counts as a "host"?
A unique machine — VM, bare metal, or persistent container — that we discover processes on. Ephemeral CI runners and Lambdas don't count toward your host total.
Do you charge per process?
No. We charge per host because that's the unit you actually scale up in your cloud bill. Processes are unlimited on every paid plan.
Can I downgrade?
Anytime. We'll pro-rate the unused portion of your month and credit it forward. No phone calls required.
Is there a startup discount?
Yes — 50% off Team for 12 months for any company under 25 employees with less than $5M ARR. Email us from your work address.
Do you have an OSS option?
The host agent is MIT-licensed and runs anywhere. The console (web UI + attribution engine) is closed-source and paid.
Annual billing discount?
Annual prepay saves you two months on Pro and Team, and unlocks custom contract terms on Enterprise.
